Frequently Asked Questions
Download the Bio-Tuning app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap 'Register'. You can sign up with your email address or via Apple/Google sign-in.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions (Android).
Yes! With a Premium subscription, you can download tracks and listen offline. Go to your Profile in the app and tap 'Downloads' to save tracks for offline use.
For binaural beats, headphones are required since different frequencies are delivered to each ear. Isochronic tones also work with speakers, but headphones are recommended for the best experience.
You can delete your account by sending an email to support@biotuning.com with the subject 'Delete Account'. We will process your request within 30 days and delete all associated data.
